Naira is an accomplished writer for television and film as well as playwright, journalist and editor. With a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing in English with Distinction from the University of Hong Kong, she has created a number of feature screenplays as well as a sci-fi series for Sentient TV, Australia. Among her other credits are a commission by Oxfam to write television scripts from which several ads and documentaries were subsequently produced and aired on the leading TV channel in her home country, Armenia
